Paneras Bread Bowl Goes Green for St. Patricks Day

Panera Bread is adding a touch of Irish luck to its iconic menu just in time for St. Patrick’s Day! For a limited time, Panera is rolling out a special edition of its famous Sourdough Bread Bowl, dyed green and filled with their beloved Mac & Cheese. Dubbed the “Pot of Gold,” this festive treat will be available on March 16 and 17 in select cities including St. Louis, Boston, New York City, and Chicago.

Panera fans in these cities can snag their green Bread Bowl through the Panera app, website, or in-cafe kiosks. With only 10 “Pots of Gold” available per participating location each day, you’ll need a bit of luck to get your hands on one!

But don’t worry if you miss out on the green Bread Bowl. Panera is also running a Pot of Gold Sweepstakes. From March 16 to 21, text the word LUCKY to 31261 to enter for a chance to win free Panera Mac & Cheese for a year. Plus, MyPanera members nationwide can enjoy $2 off any size Mac & Cheese on March 16 and 17.

“This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re serving up a little luck and a lot of comfort with our very own Pot of Gold,” said Mark Shambura, Chief Marketing Officer at Panera Bread. “There’s no better way to get through the last few cold days of winter than with our signature Mac & Cheese wrapped in a delicious Bread Bowl. We hope our guests enjoy this festive way to celebrate the holiday Panera style.”
